We are also seeing a clear trend across the real estate category. As selection narrows, buyers increasingly purchase multiple adjacent units to create a larger footprint rather than holding out for a single large unit. Space fills faster than people expect. It always does.

Bottom line: Buy sooner than you think, and buy a little bigger than you planned.
